Gestão do Conhecimento no Âmbito da Administração Hospitalar: Proposta de Modelo Conceitual Integrativo para Gestão do Corpo Clínico

Resumo


Os paradigmas da prestação de serviços de saúde têm sido profundamente questionados. Ambientes complexos e dinâmicos envolvendo múltiplos atores, áreas de conhecimento e possibilidades para a tomada de decisão fazem dos hospitais organizações intensivas em conhecimento, sendo que a gestão desse ativo assume caráter estratégico para as organizações de saúde. O objetivo do artigo é propor um modelo integrativo de gestão do conhecimento aplicada ao contexto específico do corpo clínico em saúde. O método utilizado compreendeu observação participante em uma grande rede hospitalar brasileira, revisão bibliográfica e validação dos construtos do modelo por especialistas da área de inovação e conhecimento. A principal contribuição do trabalho é um framework teórico, integrando políticas e práticas de gestão da informação e pessoas, criação e compartilhamento do conhecimento, construção de sentido e tomada de decisão, que busca impactar qualidade, efetividade e custos assistenciais. Os construtos da organização do conhecimento (Choo, 2003), da capacidade absortiva (Zahra & George, 2002) e da organização da aprendizagem (Argyris & Schon, 1996) constituem o modelo proposto. Concluiu-se que é premente o emprego de uma abordagem sistêmica para abarcar os desafios específicos da gestão do conhecimento no âmbito clínico hospitalar.
